Some look on the outside for the beauty,

And some of us look for the beauty on the inside,

As we get a little older.

Beauty can be most anything from a caring heart,

A warm and loving smile,

Words that don't tear us apart,

Or the help of a friend to go the extra mile.

Beauty can be as in these roses,

Or in this scenic picture so grand,

The beauty of friendship is like the roses,

Always helping us to stand.
